Lieutenant Cheyenne Schultz serves as second-in-command at the Sunrise Beach Police Department, where she plays a vital role in day-to-day operations, officer development, and community outreach. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm under pressure, Lt. Schultz is a key part of the department’s leadership team.
A graduate of the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association Training Academy, Lt. Schultz brings a well-rounded background in patrol operations, investigations, and administrative leadership. She’s also completed specialized training in crisis intervention, supervisory leadership, and trauma-informed policing.
Lt. Schultz is passionate about public service and maintaining strong relationships with the community. Grounded by her faith and guided by a strong sense of purpose, she approaches every task with integrity, empathy, and a steady hand, whether she’s coordinating training, mentoring newer officers, or managing a complex investigation.
When she’s off duty, Lt. Schultz enjoys spending time with her family, keeping up with her dog, and reminding herself that “just one quick email” on her day off is never actually just one.
