Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Monday of each month at 5 p.m., as needed. 

The Commission hears applications for a variety of zoning and land use items, including rezonings, subdivision developments, conditional use permits, and other development proposals. The Commission also hears applications for amendments to the Zoning Code and Land Subdivision Regulations. 

The Commission is a recommending body only, with final decisions typically subject to approval by the Board of Trustees. Steve Roth, City Manager, serves as the Village Zoning officer and Dalia Shamburg, Deputy City Clerk, serves as the Commission secretary.
