Kale Onstott

Officer Kale Onstott is one of the newest members of the Sunrise Beach Police Department, bringing a fresh perspective, solid training, and a steady presence to the team. A graduate of the Law Enforcement Training Institute (LETI) in the spring of 2025, Kale hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back since.

Though new to the badge, Kale approaches the job with professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a calm demeanor that makes it seem like he’s been doing this for years. Whether he’s on patrol or learning the ropes from senior officers, Kale’s commitment to doing things the right way always stands out.

Off duty, Kale enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and taking every opportunity to remind the senior officers that he learned about the 1900s in history class.
