The Future Land Use map is included in the Comprehensive Plan and represents the community's vision for future land uses in the Village. The Future Land Use map is only a guide and does not represent actual zoning districts or areas. The Village envisions commercial land uses to be generally limited to the main highway corridors (for example.) More intensive commercial uses, such as big box stores, are envisioned to be restricted to the central Highway 5-Route 5 intersection area.
