Planning and Zoning calendar 2026

Planning and Zoning Commission meeting dates and submittal deadlines for 2026. Any actions requiring a public hearing, such as rezoning, conditional use permit, major subdivision, etc. requires that notice be published in the Lake Sun Leader at least 15 days in advance of the meeting, and notices sent to property owners within 185 feet of the subject property. Deadlines for such applications thus are typically 3-1/2 weeks in advance of the hearing. Please call City Hall for more information.
