Planning and Zoning Commission workshop February 2 on Zoning Code amendments

The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a workshop session beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026 to review proposed amendments to the Sunrise Beach Zoning Code and Land Subdivision regulations. The session will be at Sunrise Beach City Hall. The workshop is intended to allow more time for Commission and public review of the Zoning Code update project, which would revamp and update the Village Zoning Code, first adopted in 2009. Further information will be posted online in advance of the meeting. 

UPDATE: The workshop will be held at the Board of Realtors building on Oddo Drive.
