Public Hearing 2025 Comprehensive Plan update

The Village of Sunrise Beach Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 3 at 5 p.m. at Sunrise Beach City Hall to hear comments on the proposed Comprehensive Plan update for the Village of Sunrise Beach.  More information is available here: https://www.sunrisebeachmo.gov/planning-and-zoning-commission/page/planning-and-zoning-commission-meeting

The Village adopted its first Comprehensive Plan in 2008. The updated 2025 Comprehensive Plan includes an overview of the Plan process as provided by Missouri law; a brief Sunrise Beach history, a detailed Community Profile; demographic information; infrastructure / utilities information; the Goals and Objectives of the Comprehensive Plan, and a discussion of current and future Land Use, including the Future Land Use map.

Citizens are invited to comment on the proposed Comprehensive Plan at the specified date and time.
