Notice of Public Hearing Before the Board of Adjustment

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Sunrise Beach Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Sunrise Beach City Hall, 16537 North Highway 5, Sunrise Beach, Missouri to consider the following application:

• Applicant: Deanna Edwards

• Property Address: Hawk Lake lot 8, parcel 07-2.0-03.3-000.0-000-058.000 e Request: The applicant is appealing a Stop Work Order issued regarding violations of the Village of Sunrise Beach zoning regulations.

The Board of Adjustment will hear testimony and consider evidence regarding the appeal and may affirm, modify, or reverse the decision of the Zoning Officer. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.

A copy of the application and supporting materials are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours.
