The Village of Sunrise Beach is now accepting sealed bids for the Beachwood Drive Improvements Project.
The project generally includes rehabilitation and paving improvements to the existing Beachwood Drive roadway, along with traffic control and related work.
Sealed bids must be received by the Village no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:15 a.m.
Electronic bidding documents will be available beginning July 29, 2026, through Cochran Engineering. Interested contractors may contact Becky Toney at btoney [at] cochraneng.com (btoney[at]cochraneng[dot]com) to obtain the complete bid documents.
Minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged, Section 3, and local businesses are encouraged to bid and participate.
