New policy for tenants / renters now in effect

The Board of Trustees has adopted a new policy pertaining to tenants / renters establishing new water accounts with the Sunrise Beach water department. Tenants will need to provide a copy of a lease agreement, photo ID and other information in order to establish an account. Accounts that are past due will be subject to disconnection.
