Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, with board approval. The Board will hear and decide appeals regarding the zoning regulations. (Meetings held as needed)

The Planning and Zoning Commission is a 7 to 15 citizens of the Village of Sunrise Beach, appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, with approval from the board. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall have the power necessary to enable it to perform its functions and promote Village planning. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall have the power to perform all of the functions of the Zoning Commission provided for in Chapter 89, RSMo, and shall have and perform all of the functions of a Planning Board as outlined in Zoning Regulations of the Village of Sunrise Beach’s Municipal Code (Meetings held as needed)
